eCCMR (College Carrier and Military Readiness)

Ekohi Technologies' College Readiness Product, eCCMR, is an exceptional tool that tracks each student's progress by Cohort, ensuring they meet the College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) requirements based on the latest state accountability standards. The system effectively monitors the following 10 CCMR indicators:

Met TSI requirements in both Reading and Math.
Met AP or IB criteria.
Level I or II Certificate achieved.
OnRamps participation.
Dual Course Credit completion.
Industry-Based Certification (IBC) attained.
Associate degree earned.
IEP Graduation (Workforce Readiness).
Special Ed Advanced Graduation Plan completed.
Enlisted in the US Armed Forces and Texas National Guard.

eCCMR includes the CCMR HB3 dashboard, which provides users with insightful information, including:

Projected CCMR Student Count, categorized by students with no points and those who have already met the CCMR criteria.

Specific areas needing special attention, such as students with no points, economically disadvantaged students with no points, economically disadvantaged students not ready, and students who haven't met the TSI requirements.

Projected HB3 outcome funding.

Users have the flexibility to drill down, up, and through all the views mentioned above for more detailed analysis and research.

Additionally, the product offers a CCMR calculator that enables administrators to manage outcome funding bonuses based on various parameters, including the number of graduates, number of CCMR graduates, and threshold percentages for economically disadvantaged, non-economically disadvantaged, and special education students.

eCCMR also has a sub-product to efficiently manage counselors, allowing for counselor mapping by grade level and last name alpha.

Regarding student cohort details, eCCMR provides both a simple view and full view, and counselors can collect information using either option. These details can be viewed at both the district and school levels. The Simple View contains information such as:

School
Cohort
Local Student ID
First Name
Last Name
Grade Level
Enrollment Status
CCMR Flag

The Full View offers additional information in addition to what's provided in the Simple View, including details about students at risk, economically disadvantaged, special education, gifted and talented, LEP (Limited English Proficiency), and a breakdown of CCMR indicators.

Finally, the eCCMR product provides a comprehensive 360 Student Profile, offering a complete and detailed view of each student's college readiness journey.
